BUFFALO CHICKEN MAC N CHEESE

It's like regular Mac n Cheese but with a spicy twist added to the white sauce!

Yes, I added buffalo sauce to the white sauce to give it more oomph and flavour.

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a frying pan, and saute the chopped garlic for 15-20 secs and add the chicken pieces.

Saute for a 1-2 minutes and then add the paprika, salt and pepper.

Cook until the chicken is cooked, about 5-6 minutes. Take off heat and set aside.

In a medium sauce pan, melt the 2 tablespoons of butter and add the onion.

Saute the onion until is translucent, but do not let it brown. Add the 3 tablespoons of flour and cook for a few seconds, and then add the milk.

Stir constantly until the white sauce thickens, and then add the buffalo sauce, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
