Cucumber Raita is a delicious and cooling side dish, that goes perfectly with any Indian or Pakistani curry.
- 1 cup full fat greek yogurt
- 3 medium English cucumber shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Coriander for garnish
Combine all the ingredients, and taste for seasoning.
Chill in fridge for at least an hour.
Cucumber raita can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 days.
