Main 

– Place the chicken pieces in a mixing bowl. – Add all the marination ingredients.

Marinate the Chicken

– Mix well until incorporated. – Marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours.

– Thread the chicken onto wooden skewers. About four pieces on each skewer.

Cook the Chicken:

– Heat oil in a skillet, and place the skewers on to it. – Cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
