DRAGON CHICKEN

This Dragon Chicken is a popular Indo-Chinese recipe that's very delicious and so easy to make at home too.

Crispy fried chicken strips are coated in a delicious sweet and spicy combination of sauces.  

For the Chicken: chicken all purpose flour corn flour egg white soy sauce salt black pepper garlic powder onion powder For the sauce: oil garlic cloves onion bell pepper ketchup

– Place the chicken in a mixing bowl, and add all the marination ingredients except the oil. – Mix the chicken until well coated.

Marinate the Chicken:

Make the Batter

– Cover, and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

– Heat 2 inches of oil in a skillet, and add the marinated chicken pieces one by one. – Fry on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.

Fry the Chicken:

Make the Sauce:

– In a separate skillet or pot, heat the oil. – Add the garlic and saute for 20-30 seconds until fragrant. Do not let it brown.
